Led by a dynamic duo with a wide network and 35 years of cumulated experience, HorizonPlus Consulting offers a broad range of services that encompasses accounting, corporate finance, economic consulting and management services amongst others.

Priya Jokhoo
Founder & CEO
Priya Jokhoo is a part qualified ACCA member with over 10 years’ experience in management accounting, business development and project management. She currently works as a freelance finance and business consultant for various SMEs in a myriad ofsectors as well as for Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) companies in the UK. Mrs Jokhoo is also a financial consultant for a leading SME in Mauritius.
Priya has worked extensively with micro enterprises and is an expert for charities and non-profit organisations. She has been involved in the preparation of management accounts, reporting and budgetary control. She has also worked on fundraising endeavours which involved the formulation and implementation of fundraising strategies and action plans along with making funding applications for various Trusts and Grant-making bodies and local councils and monitoring reports.
Priya has good skills in the preparation of statutory financial statements, financial planning & analysis, budget and control, payroll and is proficient with various accounting software.She brings a strong attention to detail and has sound analytical skills.
During her free time, Priya enjoys long walks in nature and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Ashwin Jokhoo, FCA, FCCA is a qualified chartered certified accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) with over 20 years of experience working in the financial sector and has held key managerial positions across several sectors.
Ashwin started his career in Mauritius and then joined a leading accounting firm in London where he rose through the ranks and was called upon to handle stringent assignments over a period of 10 years. During this period, he has worked on business restructuring projects for a broad range of clients. He has exposure to a wide range of industries which include inter alia agriculture, construction, IT, investment property, publishing real estate and transport. He has held an Audit Manager role at Grant Thornton UK where he managed a varied portfolio of businesses and provided audit and compliance services in Automobile, Healthcare, Hospitality, Oil and Gas and Defence industries. He presently works in a US-Listed entity as Finance Manager responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this capacity he manages two segments namely Strategic Communication and Technology with an annual turnover of USD 200M.
Ashwin enjoys football and golf during his free time and acts as a trustee in a NGO that he co-founded – The Overseas Mauritian Society.
